The forecast for Thursday calls for areas of low clouds and fog in the morning then partly cloudy. Highs from around 70 at the beaches to around 80 inland.
The ultraviolet index level for Wednesday is moderate 5, according to the weather service. A moderate exposure level of 5-6 indicates that a person with a fair complexion could be safe from sun burn for 10-12 minutes, unless protected.
