Thursday night it will be partly cloudy in the evening then becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the lower to mid 50s.

The forecast for Friday calls formostly cloudy in the morning then becoming partly cloudy. Highs in the mid 60s to lower 70s.

In Coastal Orange County the forecast for Thursday calls for areas of low clouds and fog in the morning then partly

cloudy. Local visibility one quarter mile or less at times in the morning. Highs 64 to 69

Thursday night it will be partly cloudy in the evening then areas of low clouds and fog. Lows 45 to 50.

Friday it will be areas of low clouds and fog in the morning then partly cloudy. Highs 63 to 68.

The ultraviolet index level in the Los Angeles area for Thursday is a moderate 6, according to the weather service. A moderate exposure level of 5-6 indicates that a person with a fair complexion could be safe from sun burn for 10-12 minutes, unless protected.
