Monday night it will be partly cloudy. Lows in the upper 40s to mid 50s. West winds 20 to 30 m.p.h. with gusts to 40 m.p.h. Shifting to the northwest 15 to 25 m.p.h. after midnight.

In Coastal Orange County the forecast for Monday calls a cloudy morning, then becoming partly cloudy. Chance of showers. Highs around 63. Light winds becoming west 15 to 25 m.p.h. in the afternoon with gusts to 35 m.p.h. Chance of measurable precipitation 40 percent. Wind advisory in effect from noon Monday to 9 p.m.
