
The spring storm system moving east over Southern California will bring showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms Sunday.
The National Weather Service office in Oxnard said there is the possibility of locally heavy rain, especially with any thunderstorms.
The showers will diminish on Sunday evening as the storm system continues moving east over Arizona.
A flash flood watch continues for the burn areas of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties through Sunday afternoon.
Mountain snow showers above 6500 to 7000 feet can also be expected, with some accumulation possible above 7000 feet.
