We’re almost officially to the beginning of summer, and it still feels like we’re in a London winter.

It will be a foggy morning Sunday in the Southland with patchy drizzle and only a partial clearing later.

The National Weather Service office in Oxnard said highs will be in the mid 60s to mid 70s in the central Los Angeles area with winds around 15 mph. Low clouds and fog will return overnight, with lows in the mid 50s to around 60.

Coastal Orange County will be cloudy with a slight chance of rain in the morning. Highs are forecast to be 55 to 71.
