The Los Angeles area can expect near perfect late summer beach weather this weekend with highs in the mid 70s and light winds.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service office in Oxnard expect sunny conditions on both Saturday and Sunday after low clouds and fog burn off.
Temperatures will range from the low to mid 70s at the beaches to the low to mid 80s inland. West winds will reach 15 mph in the evenings.
The fog will linger longer in coastal Orange County, but it will still be sunny in the afternoon, with highs in the mid to upper 70s on both days.
