Record high temperatures were reported in parts of Los Angeles County, the National Weather Service is reporting Thursday.
It was 94 at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday, breaking the record of 93 set in 1981.
It was 95 at Long Beach Airport on Wednesday, tying the record set in 1981.
Highs are expected to be in the mid to upper 80s Thursday in Los Angeles and Long Beach.
In Anaheim, it was 99 on Wednesday, breaking the record high of 93 set in 2016.
Anaheim also reported a record high minimum temperature. It was 69, breaking the record of 66 set in 2017.
