
It took 75 Los Angeles firefighters 41 minutes in the pre-dawn hours Monday to put out flames in a one-story, 5,000 square-foot commercial building housing a flower shop in the Beverlywood area south of Beverly Hills, authorities said.
The fire was reported at 2:27 a.m. at 9329 West Pico Blvd., said Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The name of the shop is Sonny Alexander Flowers. The cause of the fire is under investigation and there were no injuries reported.
