A body was found Monday in the vicinity of where a vehicle reportedly crashed down an embankment from Angeles Forest Highway north of La Canada Flintridge, authorities said.
Firefighters sent to the highway at Mile Marker 24 about 12:15 p.m. discovered the body, according to the county fire department. Sheriff’s deputies also went to the scene.
Information was not immediately available on the gender or age of the person, or when the crash may have occurred.
