A second-alarm fire destroyed seven tractor trailers at a commercial building in Anaheim, a fire department chief said Sunday.
Firefighters dispatched at 9:13 p.m. Saturday to the 500 block of South Rose Street had the fire within an hour of their arrival, according to Anaheim Fire Department Fire Chief Randy Bruegman.
Seven tractor trailers were destroyed, some loaded with personal property. Damage was estimated to be in excess of $500,000, Bruegman said.
Fire personnel were on the scene throughout the night completing clean up and overhaul, he said.
