A barefoot 2-year-old boy was found on the edge of an intersection in the Vermont Vista neighborhood early Thursday.
The child had wandered about three blocks from his home when he was noticed by passers-by, police said. He was found by police officers on the curb at the intersection of South Figueroa and West 98th Streets around 2:30 a.m., said Los Angeles Police Sgt. Tim Jones. The boy was wearing pajama pants and a T-shirt, he said.
Police later located the boy’s parents, Jones said.
