Four people were displaced from their Jurupa Valley home Wednesday after a fire burned two rooms and the garage, but no injuries were reported.
The fire broke out about 5:15 p.m. in the single-family, one-story home in the 4300 block of San Tropez Drive, in a residential area near Bellegrave Avenue and Mission Boulevard, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The blaze was contained to two rooms in the home with minor extension to the garage, the fire department said.
Four adults were displaced from the home, and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
Firefighters were expected to remain at the scene until about 7:30 p.m.
