Firefighters responded to a burning mobile home and recreational vehicle in Desert Hot Springs Monday.
The blaze was reported at 11:17 a.m. in the 64000 block of Douglas Way, according to the Riverside County Fire Department. Fire crews said the mobile home and recreational vehicle were “fully involved in fire” when they arrived at the location.
“Six additional engines were started to the incident due to extreme heat. Firefighters are making good progress and are currently working on rehab and overhaul,” fire officials tweeted at 12:26 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
