Flames damaged a house Monday morning in the Sun Valley area of Los Angeles before firefighters were able to put them out.
The fire was reported at 4:06 a.m. at 12319 W. Roscoe Boulevard, said the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Margaret Stewart.
Heavy flames were showing from the attic of the single-story house when firefighters arrived, Stewart said.
The flames were out in 18 minutes with no injuries reported, she said.
