Two men suspected of dealing cocaine at a Pomona motel were arrested Monday.
Members of the Pomona Police Department Special Investigations Unit served a search warrant at the Passport Inn at 130 E. Holt Avenue, near Garey Avenue, at 10:40 a.m. Monday and arrested 34-year-old Adenerill Moore and 45-year-old Julio Mathis for narcotics and weapon possession crimes, Sgt. Dan Gomez said.
The Pomona residents were arrested for a variety of drug and gun offenses, including possession of cocaine for sale, possession of a gun by a felon, destroying evidence and bringing a controlled substance into a jail, Gomez said.
