A woman in a vehicle said a gunman fired a shot at her Saturday morning as she drove in a residential neighborhood in Long Beach, authorities said.
Officers dispatched at about 1:10 a.m. to the 1500 block of West Summit Street could not locate a crime scene, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
The suspect allegedly fled the scene prior to the arrival of police.
No injuries were reported.
