Firefighters extinguished a fire in a townhouse in Tustin Monday, the Orange County Fire Authority is reporting.
The fire was reported by residents in the townhouse in the 1700 block of Mitchell Avenue at 12:17 a.m. Monday.
When firefighters arrived, they saw smoke coming from the attic, but no fire was visible.
Firefighters opened a space between the first floor ceiling and the floor above it. They contained the fire to the space, wall and attic of the townhouse, the OC Fire Authority reported on social media.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire in under investigation.
