One person was killed Saturday when the vehicle they were driving overturned near an on-ramp of the San Diego (405) Freeway near Westwood.
The crash was reported at 1:33 a.m. and California Highway Patrol officers were sent to the Wilshire Boulevard on-ramp of the southbound freeway, where they found the victim and the overturned vehicle, CHP Officer Sean Lough told City News Service.
The victim, whose name, age and gender were not known, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A SigAlert issued at 2:03 a.m closing the Wilshire Boulevard on-ramp to the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway was canceled at 6:10 a.m.
