A Silver Alert is in effect Thursday in Orange and Los Angeles counties for a 77-year-old man last seen in Buena Park.
Lester Jensen was last seen at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at San Paco Circle and San Pablo Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert Wednesday on behalf of the Buena Park Police Department.
Jensen is white, 6 feet tall, weighs 220 pounds, has blue eyes and is bald. He was last seen wearing blue work pants and a pink/green plaid shirt.
Authorities say Jensen is believed to be driving a red 2023 Mercury Grand Marquis with the California license plate 6KUD583
Anyone with information regarding Jensen’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
