A fire damaged a house in La Quinta Sunday.
The fire was reported at 7:38 p.m. Sunday in the 45000 block of Debbie Drive, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The first arriving firefighters saw smoke coming from the front door of the house, fire officials said. They quickly put out the fire.
One civilian was taken by ambulance to a hospital with a minor medical complaint.
