A fire at an auto repair shop in North Hollywood was quickly extinguished by Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters Saturday.
LAFD fire crews responded at 5:39 a.m. Saturday to 5705 N. Lankershim Blvd., between Collins and Miranda streets, where they found with light smoke showing from the approximately 50-feet by 100-feet, one-story commercial building, said LAFD spokeswoman Jennifer Middleton.
The fire was knocked down in 11 minutes and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire has not been determined, Middleton said.
