Lainey Wilson is set to headline the second day of the Stagecoach Country Music Festival in Indio Saturday, topping a lineup that also features Journey, Little Big Town, Bush, Teddy Swims, Chase Matthew, Lane Pittman and Billy Bob Thornton and The Boxmasters.

Cody Johnson headlined the festival’s opening night on Friday and was joined by surprise guests Boyz II Men for a rendition of their song “On Bended Knee.” Also Friday, Ella Langley invited comedian Theo Von on stage to sing Riley Green’s part of “You Look Like You Love Me.” Billy Ray and Braison Cyrus were also surprise guests during Noah Cyrus’ set to sing “Don’t Put It All On Me” and “On Our Way Along,” and Avery Anna appeared on the Mane Stage as a surprise guest to perform “Blood Runs Thicker” during Sam Barber’s set.

Friday’s lineup also included Wynonna Judd, Sam Barber, Red Clay Strays, Nate Smith, Counting Crows, BigXthaPlug, Marcus King Band and Hannah McFarland.

Post Malone is scheduled to close out the all-ages festival Sunday at the Empire Polo Club, 81800 51st Ave.

Each headliner is set to perform at 9:30 p.m. on the Mane Stage. Additional performers across the Mane, Palomino, Bud Light and Mustang stages include Bailey Zimmerman, Chase Rice, Riley Green, Brooks & Dunn, Brett Young, Wyatt Flores, Amos Lee and Hootie & the Blowfish.

Festivalgoers can also attend sets at Diplo’s Honky Tonk, featuring DJ Pauly D, Loud Luxury, Two Friends and Marshmello, among others. The venue also includes Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse and appearances by Whiskey Jam and the Compton Cowboys.

The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory in the area effective until 11 a.m. Sunday due to winds of 25 to 35 mph and gusts of 50 mph expected throughout the Coachella Valley. An air quality alert was also issued due to harmful levels of particle pollution from windblown dust. During the Coachella Festival earlier this month, some campers had their campsites destroyed by the winds and Anyma’s performance was cancelled due to gusts affecting the stage, but as of Saturday, Stagecoach attendees and performances seemed to be unaffected by the winds.
