Olive View-UCLA Medical Center is seeking the public’s help Monday in identifying a patient who has been hospitalized since April.
The patient is a woman in her 60s, is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 112 pounds, has dark hair and blue eyes, according to hospital officials.
The unidentified woman was found in Santa Monica and has a dream catcher tattoo on her left shoulder with the words “Seaurchin Hawk” and a rose tattoo colored in red about two inches in diameter above her left breast.
Anyone with information that may help to identify the patient is asked to contact the designated Department of Emergency Medicine Social Work phone number at 747 210-4777 from Friday at 4:30 p.m. through Monday 8 a.m.
