An at-risk 31-year-old woman diagnosed with an unspecified mental health disorder and other health conditions that need treatment was reported missing after last being seen Monday in Sylmar.
Tasha Monique Efters was last seen at approximately 2:32 p.m. Monday near the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Efters was described as a 5-foot-5-inch-tall Black woman weighing 137 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a hospital gown with a multi-colored sweater.
