An 18-year-old man who was fatally struck by a Metrolink train in Northridge was identified by county officials Tuesday.
The unidentified person was struck around 3:45 p.m. Monday in the 8800 block of North Tampa Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Aden Locke was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office. Details regarding his place of residence were not immediately released.
All train service was halted in the area during the investigation.
It was unclear why Locke was on the tracks.
