Sheriff’s detectives hope photos released Wednesday will lead them to a couple thieves who victimized a woman at a Calabasas restaurant.
The theft occurred between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. July 26 in the 4700 block of Commons Ways, according to Heather Fuquay at the sheriff’s Malibu/Lost Hills Station.
The thieves — a man and a woman — managed to take a wallet from the victim’s purse, which was slung over a chair, authorities said.
They later tried to use a credit card belonging to the victim at a Target store in West Hills, Fuquay said. Images of the suspects were captured on security cameras at the Target.
Anyone with information about the suspects was asked to call detectives at (818) 878-1808.
