Tennis puns bounced around like a ball on a string as Serena Williams married Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian on Thursday in New Orleans.

Streets were blocked, but not cliches as tabloid sites put their own spin on the star-studded event.

People.com lobbed “A Perfect Match!” and “Serena Williams just served her beau a wedding ring!”

The Daily Mail said the members of New Edition … will play a five-song set during the reception.

And The Advocate newspaper went with the soft and fuzzy: “If it were a tennis match, the score would be love-love.”

But the Contemporary Arts Center netted a world-class guest list, including Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Anna Wintour, Eva Longoria, Ciara and sister Venus, La La Anthony and Kelly Rowland.

Cell phones were reportedly banned at the event with a “Beauty and the Beast” theme, and few images of the ceremony emerged, although lookie-loos caught glimpses of celebrities outside.
