At least two people were rushed to a hospital Saturday after being injured in a multi-vehicle crash in Eastvale where a fight also broke out, authorities said.
The crash was reported around 10:45 a.m. Saturday on northbound Interstate 15, south of Limonite Avenue, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
According to the California Highway Patrol, an initial two-vehicle crash resulted in multiple other vehicles being struck after one of the initial vehicles spun approximately three times.
A fight between two men broke out following the crash, and a suspect left the scene, authorities said.
The CHP shutdown the number one, two and three northbound lanes of I-15.
At least two people were rushed to a hospital with moderate injuries, according to the fire department. No identifying information on the people involved was immediately available.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
