A blaze in a commercial building in the Adams-Normandie neighborhood of Los Angeles was extinguished by firefighters Saturday morning in just 36 minutes.
Crews responded at 4 a.m. to the one-story building at 2575 S. Normandie Ave., and encountered heavy fire, according to Amy Bastman of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A total of 92 firefighters battled the blaze and despite the heavy flames, there were no reported injuries, Bastman said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
