A woman was hospitalized Saturday after being injured while hiking on the Bump and Grind Trail.
The hiker’s injury was reported at 12:13 p.m. and firefighters hiked to the trail, according to Cal Fire and the Riverside County Fire Department. They provided care while bringing her down to an ambulance, Cal Fire said.
She was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries.
