However slight, a record rainfall was recorded in Los Angeles and Long Beach on Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

There was 0.01 inch of rain recorded at Los Angeles International Airport, tying a record for the day set in 1954.

There was 0.01 inch of rain recorded at Long Beach Airport, breaking a record of a trace recorded in 1991.

Additionally, record minimum temperatures were recorded in parts of Orange County.

It was 64 degrees in Anaheim on Monday, tying a record for the highest minimum temperature set in 2019.

It will be sunny and warm Tuesday, with highs in the mid-70s to low-80s near downtown Los Angeles, and in the mid-80s to mid-90s in the San Fernando Valley.
