Firefighters were battling two wildfires in Jurupa Valley Saturday, one has burned 95 acres and the second one 40 acres and a mandatory evacuation order has been issued by fire officials.

The first fire was reported at 3:49 p.m. near Indian Camp Road and Candle Light Drive in the river bottom, according to the Riverside County Fire Department. It has now burned an estimated 95 acres and zero percent contained, Cal Fire/ Riverside County Fire Department reported

The second fire was spotted at 5:22 p.m. at Clay Street and General Road, according to Cal Fire/ Riverside County Fire. It has 0% containment.

As of 5:54 p.m., a mandatory evacuation order was issued for residents south of Limonite Avenue, north of Riverview Drive, east of Avenue Juan Diaz and west of Maverick Lane, Cal Fire Riverside reported.

A reception and care center has now opened at Patriot High School located at 4355 Camino Real, fire officials said

What started the fires remained under investigation.
