A juvenile was airlifted to a hospital with a traumatic injury after a motocross crash Saturday, the Riverside County Fire Department said.
The crash was reported around 10:55 a.m. in the 50000 block of Highway 371 in Anza. The juvenile was taken to a trauma center by helicopter.
