A person was struck by a Metrolink train Friday in Glendale.
The pedestrian was struck in an area near West San Fernando Road and Electronics Place, east of the Los Angeles River and on the border of Atwater Village, around 5:30 p.m. Friday, closing down the tracks between Glendale and downtown Burbank, according to MetroLink. There were no immediate reports of injuries aboard the train.
Spokespersons for Glendale police and fire departments were not available for comment.
There was no immediate information about the person’s condition or identity.
