A cyclist was hit by a truck and killed Monday in the Santa Clarita area.
The collision occurred about 9 a.m. at McBean Parkway and Skycrest Circle, according to authorities and reports from the scene.
Information on the identity of the fatally injured person was not immediately available.
According to the Santa Clarita Valley Signal, a Bud Light semi-truck struck the cyclist.
