A person was killed Wednesday in a traffic crash in the Acton area.
The crash was reported about 6:50 a.m. on Santiago Road near the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Information was not immediately available on the identity of the fatally injured person, who died at the scene.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
