A man who was fatally struck by a vehicle on eastbound Interstate 10 in Blythe was identified Saturday.
The fatality was reported about 11:20 a.m. Friday east of Wiley’s Well Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene shortly before noon.
He was identified as 33-year-old Christian Hughes of Huntington Beach.
The circumstances of the crash were not immediately known.
