Two former bartenders at Lisa Vanderpump’s TomTom restaurant feel vindicated Tuesday and have settled their lawsuit in which they alleged they endured harassment and unsafe working conditions, and witnessed rampant state labor law violations, including late paychecks and sewage in the employee break room.

Attorneys for Dax Hill and Peter Hodge filed court papers on Friday with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Thomas D. Long informing him of the “unconditional” accord in the case against the celebrity restaurant owner and her husband, Ken Todd. No terms were divulged.

Hill and Hodge worked at Tom Tom from May to December 2022. They filed suit in January 2024, contending they suffered disparate treatment when they complained, among other things, about a sewage backup in a room that served as a locker room and an area for worker breaks. The pair further alleged they were forced out by not being given additional shifts. Hill maintained he was blacklisted insofar as getting future jobs.

In their previous court papers, the Vanderpump attorneys denied the plaintiffs’ allegations and said that any actions taken by the Vanderpumps concerning them were done for “legitimate, non-discriminatory and non-retaliatory reasons” that were necessary for the “efficient operations” of the couple’s business.
