Authorities Tuesday sought the public’s help in locating a 6-year-old girl reported missing from Huntington Park, prompting the California Highway Patrol to issue an Endangered Missing Person Advisory across five Southern California counties.

Camila Ontiveros Martos was last seen about 4:30 p.m. April 21 near California and Grand avenues with Joel Olivas, according to the CHP, which issued the advisory on behalf of the Huntington Park Police Department.

The alert covers Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties.

Camila was described as 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighing about 50 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Olivas was described as 6 feet tall and weighing about 137 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Camila or Olivas was urged to call 911.

The CHP issues an Endangered Missing Advisory to help locate a child or other endangered person who has been abducted or is unable to care for themselves and whose safety is believed to be in danger.
