A crash on state Route 60 in Jurupa Valley Sunday left the driver of an SUV dead, authorities reported.
The crash was reported around 6 a.m. Sunday on the eastbound freeway west of Country Village Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Mitsubishi Outlander veered off the right shoulder of the road into a ditch, trapping the driver, according to a CHP incident log.
