One person was killed and two others injured — one critically — in a multi-vehicle crash in Mead Valley Saturday.
The crash was reported at 5:37 p.m. Saturday on Rider Street at Old Elsinore Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A witness told the CHP that someone inside a heavily damaged vehicle was not responding.
One witness reported that a white car was severely smashed in the rear.
Arriving firefighters reported that one patient was critically injured, one had minor injuries and one died at the scene.
It appeared from witness reports that three vehicles were involved in the crash.
