Brooke Mueller and her former nanny settled the woman’s lawsuit alleging she was owed  overtime wages.

The accord between Mueller and plaintiff Norma Lavizzo was announced Thursday to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Barbara Scheper, who was scheduled to hold a default hearing before the case resolution was announced.

Lavizzo sought up to $10 million, but no terms of the settlement were revealed.

Lavizzo filed her lawsuit last Nov. 12. She alleged she was required to work more than 80 hours weekly without being paid overtime. She also maintained she was not allowed uninterrupted meal and rest breaks.

Lavizzo worked for Mueller for four years, according to the lawsuit. Mueller, 37, was formerly married to actor Charlie Sheen.
