Police on Wednesday circulated a photo of a missing 66-year-old Los Angeles man who has dementia, diabetes and other medical issues.
Fernando Escutia was last seen in the 800 block of North Genesee Avenue on Tuesday about 11:15 a.m., police said.
He is Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
