A 19-year-old man shot and killed in Paramount was identified Wednesday.
Jesse Figueroa, a local man, was shot about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 8500 block of Flower Street, according to sheriff’s deputies and coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter, who said Figueroa was declared dead at a hospital.
Figueroa was was found between two parked cars, Deputy Kelvin Moody said, and later died at a hospital.
Neither suspects nor the murder weapon immediately turned up, Moody said.
