A water main break flooded a street in Woodland Hills on Sunday, interrupting service to 36 Department of Water and Power customers, authorities said.

The break in a 6-inch cast iron main was reported about 10:45 a.m. in the 5800 block of Rolling Road, said the DWP’s Gale Harris.

Flooding was reported about 11:30 a.m. in the 21900 block of Oxnard Street near the Warner Center Marriott Hotel, prompting the closure of Oxnard Street near Topanga Canyon Boulevard, but no injuries were reported, no structures were threatened and no evacuations were ordered, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Crews were working on repairs this afternoon, Harris said.
