A 34-year-old man was shot to death in Hacienda Heights Sunday, authorities said.
It happened about 1:45 p.m. in the 14400 block of Clark Avenue, Los Angeles County sheriff’s Deputy Crystal Hernandez said.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, Hernandez said.
A neighbor reported seeing the man down in a home’s back yard, Sheriff’s Sgt. Rick Thurlo told the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.
But “no suspects or vehicles were seen,” Hernandez said.”According to witnesses, a single gunshot was heard in the area.”
