A Los Angeles police officer who pleaded not guilty to exposing himself to four women and a girl in a Huntington Beach nature preserve is due back in court Feb. 10.
Ryan Eric Galliher, 33, is charged with lewd acts and indecent exposure for allegedly exposing himself to five victims, including a 12-year-old girl.
Free on $100,000 bail, he faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
Galliher, hired in 2011 and previously assigned to the Southwest Station, is assigned to home pending the outcome of the case.
He allegedly exposed himself twice to a 12-year-old girl, on Feb. 27 and March 10 last year. Another alleged victim was 80.
According to police, Galliher, who lives in the area, was wearing only tennis shoes June 17 when he exposed himself to a 43-year-old woman in the wetlands area.
Galliher entered his plea Monday, and the judge set a pretrial hearing for Feb. 10, the Orange County Register reported.
