A fire damaged a duplex in the Hollywood area Monday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 600 block of North Poinsettia Place at 12:05 p.m. extinguished the flames in 13 minutes, said Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The cause of the blaze was under investigation.
