Police searched Thursday for whoever stabbed to death a 35- year-old woman in Pacoima and dumped her body near the Los Angeles Police Department’s Foothill Station.
The woman was discovered near Osborne Street and San Fernando Road around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, said LAPD Sgt. Scott Kennedy, a watch commander at the LAPD’s Foothill Station.
“The woman was stabbed in the abdomen,” Kennedy said. “She was dead when paramedics arrived on the scene.”
Her name was withheld pending family notification.
Police do not have a motive for the stabbing or suspect information, Kennedy said early this morning.
