A 14-year-old girl went missing Thursday and her family believes she may be attempting to travel to North Carolina or Georgia, police said.
Lauren Jackson left her family home in the 6700 block of 88th Street in Westchester around 5:30 p.m.
Lauren is black, with brown hair and eyes. She is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, floral pants, a pink puffy jacket and red shoes.
Anyone who has seen her or has information of her whereabouts is asked to contact the LAPD Pacific Division at (310) 482-6445.
